Etna Tours is owned and operated by Mario Costantini, virtuoso
international travel specialist, specializing in group tours and custom leisure trips
to Italy.
Born and raised in Venice, Italy, Mario served in the Italian Navy. Upon migrating to Chicago in 1961, Mario started in the travel industry immediately, as a trainee "tour operator." He managed for 20 years an Italian tour company (1964-84), organizing tours for thousands to Italy and the rest of the world. He also managed a Spanish tour company (184-90) and thereafter started Etna Tours (1991). He concentrates in planning custom tours to Italy and the environs. Mario has many connections in the travel industry and "fits" vacations for his "principals," his clients. His motto is "I do what is best for my clients!"
